Follow this step by step guide to prepare for your first year as a science student.
Bear Tracks is UAlberta's online, automated student record system. Bear Tracks can be accessed with your CCID and will allow you to apply for scholarships and awards, register for your courses and check your fees and financial account balance.
New to U of A students
In order for you to finalize your admission, and access the course registration system you will need to accept your offer of admission, and pay a non-refundable tuition deposit (if applicable).

Before you begin making your individualized timetable, it is important that you familiarize yourself with your degree program and know what course you are required to take. Click the following links to see your program curriculum

1. Can I change my application to Science?
The last day to apply or make changes to your application is March 1, 2020 and we do not allow late program changes.
2. What is the evaluation process?

3. Can I update the grades I have submitted?
Yes, you will be able to submit new courses completed and final grades in UAlberta Launchpad from February 1 to April 30. After April 30, we will wait for final grades before re-assessing your application. Visit https://www.ualberta.ca/admissions/undergraduate/admission/after-you-apply/submit-updates
4. When or how do I submit my transcripts?

Applications to After Degree programs or for Special Student status are subject to enrollment management. Due to space limitations, these applications are processed after admission to full degree programs are completed and decisions will be made late July to early August.
